Admin+ T's and C's

1. Transformotion Limited will deliver the service 

 
2. The scope of the work will be agreed before the service starts 

3. The service is charged on a monthly basis

4. Price is per site or depot 

​

5. A maximum of 100 drivers per subscription service 

​

6. Additional fees for travel and onsite work will be agreed with the customer before the subscription starts

7. The contract can be cancelled by Transformotion Limited or the customer at any time 

8. Additional services can be added at any time

9. Transformotion Limited will deliver the service with due care & attention

10. Any deviation from the scope of the work must be agreed in writing between both parties

11. Transformotion Limited will maintain professional indemnity insurance 

12. Customers have a right to complain. Complaints will be discussed, investigated & resolved to the satisfaction of both parties
